2nd grade: Dalí

2nd of primary level students have been learning many interesting things about Dalí.

First of all we have been coloring different types of clocks to reproduce one of Dali's most famous piece of Art: The melted clocks". Here you can see a picture of our fantastic tree.

          
     We have also been creating a butterflies ship using brown clay. We haven't finished them yet but we can show you some pictures about the process.





We have been working in group and having lots of fun!!!

 

We have to finish them sticking the coloured butterflies. You will see them soon!

The 3rd grade students are working with geometric shapes, symmetry, body parts, proportions, secondary colors... Artist name???? KAZIMIR MALÉVICH!!!   It's amazing!

The 6th grade students have worked on a project about their families. We have had a lot of fun, we have practised our English and we have learned about each other's families!

TODAY IN 5th GRADE SARAH HAS TOLD US A LOT OF INTERESTING THINGS ABOUT HALLOWEEN!! TRICK OR TREAT????

The students of 6th grade have been working on a project about a trip to an important city.   

They had to make a poster and explain their trip to the rest of the class in small groups.

THE BUTTERFLIES SHIP OF DALI

Do you know this Dali's picture?

It is called THE BUTTERFLIES SHIP, and in 2nd of primary level we have enjoyed a lot trying to reproduce it with different materials...

Firstly, we have coloured different butterflies with our markers. 

 Then we have made the sails of our ships

And finally we have made the ship with patterns and newspaper. Isn't it nice?
