BUGS IN 1st LEVEL

PICASSO, CRAZY PORTRAIT

In 1st of Primary level we are working the crazy portraits of Picasso.












A crazy portrait is a representation of our face and it is crazy because you put the different parts of the face in uncorrect places.

                                   
                                   The results are so funny!

AUXILIAR DE CONVERSA D'AQUEST CURS

Ja tenim a la nostra auxiliar de conversa a l'escola!

Aquest any és l'Emily Street i ja porta uns dies convivint amb els nostres alumnes. 

És anglesa i té moltes ganes de participar i col·laborar amb un nosaltres.

La família d'acollida, la família Morales-Alós, ja la tenen a casa i estan gaudint per tercer any d'aquesta experiència!!! a 2n trimestre l'Emily anirà a viure amb una altra de les nostres famílies i a tercer tornarà a canviar. 

Gràcies "family", perquè sense la vostra col·laboració, això no seria possible!

Qui s'anima a ser família d'acollida l'any vinent?Mireu qué bé s'ho passen el Miguel, el Luís i els seus pares amb l'Emily!!!

SUPERWORM STORYTELLING IN 1st

Last week , in 1st A, we reviewed the vocabulary we are learning related to the Superworm story.












We played different games in groups matching words with pictures. We are learning a lot!

Last Friday was our first English class in 1st level. 

We learnt lot of vocabulary and enjoyed doing games in group with small whiteboards.

AN ARTIST GRANDMA: MARISA

Two weeks ago one of our puppil's grandma (Paula Moreno, from 1st B), who likes arts and makes beautiful paintings, made a video answering the questions that children asked her about what she used when painting, what were her favorite topics...

 

Marisa, the cute grandma, made this fabulous video and children were really happy making another one for her.

Look out theatre!

Last friday the look out theatre company came to our school!










We saw one of their performances:
THE BIRTHDAY PIZZA!

CRAZY ART CLASS IN 2nd!

We are working Miquel Barceló in 2nd of Primary level!

 

 

We have been practising the DRIPPING TECHNIQUE and has been really funny.

AMAZING ACTIVITIES IN ART CLASS IN CICLE SUPERIOR!

 

 

In Arts and Crafts this year we have learned about different types of textures and how to represent them. We went to the playground to find many different textures. We brought leaves to class and examined the textures to draw our very own class tree.

After that project, we made Christmas Cards with a poem and a drawing as a gift for our families. The poem was called ‘Twas the Night before Christmas, it was about Santa Claus.

Next, we learned about Vincent Van Gogh. We read about his life and looked at many of his paintings. He made realistic self-portraits, so we brought mirrors to make our own. We played a game with Brendan to guess the portraits of our classmates, it was very fun!

 

 

After the portraits we created a still life of flowers made with cardboard, tissue paper, and crayons of many different colors, they look beautiful!
